As a professional violinist, it is essential for me to provide the most wonderful entertainment for your special day. I will work with you to ensure that I create the perfect atmosphere for your occasion.
In the run-up to your special day, I will work with you to help you choose your favourite music. I am constantly updating my repertoire lists to include the most recent songs from the world of pop, musicals and movies. This is to add to my already huge selection of popular music, popular classics and rat pack jazz.
My sound levels will never be intrusive to your guests and they will be able to hear themselves speak above my music, whilst being entertained by the delightful range of my repertoire.
The beautiful tones of my violin are enhanced by a PA system which is compact in size but powerful enough to fill large rooms with my high quality backing tracks. My repertoire is growing all the time and I keep up to date with the latest popular songs and pieces which audiences love.
I have been playing at weddings, celebrations and other functions for over ten years. My wealth of experience reminds me that no two events are the same and I treat each with the individuality it deserves.
I grew up in Yorkshire, where I began my musical career at an early age. Busking in the streets of York with a string quartet during the Summer vacation led to enquiries for weddings and the rest is history....
As well as a wedding violinist and party violinist, I have also been travelling the world and the UK as an orchestral musician. I mostly work with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra now, but have worked with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Halle, Northern Ballet and Opera North orchestras.
I have played at many different events over the years including three very personal proposals (they all resulted in a "yes!"). I also provide the music for birthday parties, Christenings, Dinner parties and funerals.
